I believe young athletes (like myself) who are fortunate enough to be given a well-planned, long-term conditioning program often go on to excel in their sport. But to reach a higher peak it's important that coaches also foster our character traits – like discipline and confidence.

I'm so fortunate to have parents, family, friends, teachers, coaches and teammates who believe in me. And I try to giveback whenever I can – helping empower other kids' minds and to provide a healthy headspace for them.
